What is the Jiacollection.com return policy?

All returns must be purchased from JiaCollection.com. With the exception of Final Sale merchandise, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase (14 days for sales items).

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are covered by Jiacollection.com.

At this time, Jia Collection only offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses. Return shipping cost will be covered by us for orders with value of more than $125. Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund credit. 

International customers are required to arrange shipping themselves on return orders sent from outside the United States through their own preferred courier service.

How do I return a Jiacollection.com purchase?

To return product, you must first contact Jia Collection Customer Service by email on info@JiaCollection.com to request to be sent a return shipping label.

The label authorizes a return via Federal Express to our warehouse. If there is any defect or error with the product, there will be no cost to you to perform your return. All return shipping charges are covered by the Jia Collection for all US orders of value of more than $125, when utilizing the approved return shipping label.

Returns must include the customer order number and billing name. Return packages are to be dropped at the nearest authorized Federal Express location or drop box.


May I return sales merchandise purchased from Jiacollection.com?

Sale merchandise is included in our 14-day return policy with the exception of Final Sale merchandise. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

 
When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, if there is no stains/damage and all original tags are attached, we will issue refund within 5 business days. 


Can I get a refund in a different payment method than used on my original order? 

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 21 calendar days of the invoice date (14 days for sales items). Customers who return merchandise more than 21 calendar days (14 days for sales items), but not more than 60 days after invoice date will receive a merchandise credit to be used online at JiaCollection.com.

Sale merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. 


How do I exchange a gift purchased from Jiacollection.com?

If you have received an item from JiaCollection.com as a gift, you can exchange for an online store credit for the product’s current selling price. Please contact us at info@JiaCollection.com.


What if my product(s) received From Jiacollection.com is damaged or incorrect?

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense, including the return shipping charges and the shipping charges of sending you the correct order. Jia Collection will provide a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to expedite the return.

To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Jia Collection by email at info@JiaCollection.com. Jia Collection ships internationally using FedEx and customers using a third party service and customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Jia Collection is not liable for any damages from any third party shipping services. There will be no charge for shipping on replacement orders.

How do I obtain another copy of my order invoice or return label?

If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or return shipping label and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing info@JiaCollection.com. We will email you a new copy.
