Easy Transition From Summer to Fall

Lauren Elizabeth is a blogger who’s eye is set on finding pieces that can help her transition her wardrobe seamlessly from one season into the next. For that reason, she was thrilled with the reversible concept of Jia Collection’s COLETTE pullover, fashioned in white with blue and gold stripes on one side, and predominantly blue with white and gold stripes on the other. She paired the sweater with a pair of white shorts for a cool summer evening, and with a pair of leaf green colored twill pants for a warm fall day.

Lauren Elizabeth’s styling called to mind our favorite aspects of fall and all of its magical colors.  We started dreaming of taking a drive out of the city, heading up-state on a brilliant October day, catching all of the nuances of the changing leaves and the long shadows as the day winds itself down.

Stopping at a farm stand to indulge in some of the season’s fresh favorites, an apple crumb pie, a bag of fresh apples for the ride, onions, potatoes and kale for tomorrow’s dinner.  Arriving at a clearing in the woods, where friends organized a bonfire and celebration, we imagine how happy we would be to have the opportunity to enjoy it all – like Lauren Elizabeth, all cozy and warm in Jia’s COLETTE sweater.

Like many young women, Lauren Elizabeth is a shopper who keeps a very close eye on her budget – although she isn’t typically one to splurge, the thought of investing in this Jia Collection piece made her think of how many years it would remain a favorite in her wardrobe, and greatly appreciated the quality of the craftsmanship.
